In collaboration with Restyled, I crafted a vest using two pairs of discarded pants and a blouse. The vest features a belt with the slogan ‘#UPCYCLING IS THE NEW BLACK’ at the waist, magnetic front buttons, both internal and external pockets, and other unique handmade details. The beige fabric from the pants was textured with matching seams from the other garments to create greater color harmony and consistency in fabric density.

As part of the Restyled project, clients submitted three unused garments, which sustainable designers transformed into new products for them. The proceeds from this initiative were donated to various charitable organizations.”
